PACCAR MX-13 EGR Cooler
EGR Coolers are know to fail when coolant gets low or EGT's get to high and creates a boil effect and or air pocket inside the Cooler which will get damage by the high heat and create holes in the cooler, allowing coolant to escape into holes.
Isuzu 5.2 L Diesel
On this 5.2L Diesel Engine we found the culprit to be a failing injector. The injector swap is not to bad, taking only 1 hour which seems in the picture like 4-5 hours.
